We identified a brief period of elevated API errors in the EU region, from 13:21 - 13:23 UTC, resulting in HTTP 5xx responses across multiple Konnect services and potentially impacting actions taken on the Konnect UI. The underlying cause is still under investigation.

Login to Konnect intermittently failing. Customers can retry login in order to gain access to the platform. API calls to Konnect are succeeding.
