Video Processing and Audio Playback Issues

    We have identified the cause of the issues affecting video uploads and playback. A change made by our third-party video hosting provider is responsible for the longer processing times and audio dropouts reported on some recently uploaded videos. The change has been rolled back to prevent new uploads from being affected, and impacted videos are being reprocessed. Our team is working as quickly as possible alongside our provider to fully resolve this and will share an update when we have more information.

Delays in Automations Processing

    We encountered a technical issue that temporarily froze customer progression through date-based Automations between August 24, 2026 and August 27th, 2026. This meant that any time-sensitive campaigns you had running, like limited-time offers or deadline-based sequences may not have sent to all intended customers. The issue is fully resolved and automations have resumed normally. If you had a time-sensitive automation that was intended to be processed over this time period, and believe you may be affected, please reach out to support@kajabi.com.
