Between 15:16 and 15:42 CEST, our platform experienced a major outage due to a network misconfiguration in our central routing infrastructure. During this time, API requests, dashboards, and data gateways timed out or were unreachable. The issue has been resolved, and all services are fully operational. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
