API erreur 500

    Contexte

    Le 5 octobre 2026, entre 12 h 03 et 12 h 30, les demandes d’extraction L.A.B et R.D.C envoyées à l’API ont renvoyé une erreur 500.

    L'incident fait suite à une opération de maintenance.

    Le service fonctionne de nouveau normalement depuis 12h30 : la modification a été annulée sur le stockage concerné.

    Impact

    • Erreur 500 sur les demandes d'extraction L.A.B et R.D.C (live et batch) entre 12h03 et 12h30
    • Indisponibilité complète des API L.A.B et R.D.C entre 12h28 et 12h30
    • Les traitements de dématérialisation se sont poursuivis, avec une courte pause entre 12h28 et 12h30
    • Les documents reçus pendant l'incident ont malgré tout été traités, et leurs résultats transmis normalement
    • Les documents soumis une nouvelle fois après l'erreur ont pu passer en duplication.

    Actions

    • Annulation de la modification concernée, retour au fonctionnement nominal à 12h30
    • Vérification du traitement de l'ensemble des documents reçus pendant l'incident
    • Aucune perte de données n'a été constatée.
