Delayed processing in EMEA (Ireland)

    The incident has been resolved. Between Wednesday, 2026-10-21 12:52 CEST and 13:15 CEST, asset processing in the EMEA (Ireland) region, which also processes data stored in EMEA (Germany) and EMEA (UK), started with a delay because a capacity limit on our processing infrastructure had been reached. The limit has been raised, and queued processing jobs were picked up automatically once capacity was available, so there is no need to resubmit them. GeoCloud login, uploads, viewing and streaming of assets, and processing in the North America and APAC regions were not affected by this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Login and API Errors — EMEA (Ireland)

    The incident has been resolved. The root cause was a backend component that could not restart because a third-party software dependency was no longer available from its public source. The component has been updated and restored. Since 17:14 CEST, GeoCloud login, the HxDR platform APIs (User, Project/Asset, Catalog and Shop) and asset streaming in the EMEA (Ireland) region have been working normally. The EMEA (UAE), North America (Canada) and North America (US) regions were not affected. We apologize for the inconvenience.
