We experienced a service disruption event affecting a small number of Instagram and Threads video posts that contained a high audio bitrate. This occurred between 7am PST on September 1 and 6pm PST on September 2. All services have since been restored to normal functionality.

Update: Our media data provider has restored the underlying service that was affected by their outage. We're completing the steps required on our side to reconnect and resume data flow. Once reconnected, content published during the outage window will be backfilled, which may take a few additional days to fully populate.
