One of our upstream network partners is experiencing an outage affecting new registrations on their 2G, 3G, and 4G/LTE networks. We have notified the partner and are working with them to resolve this issue. This outage only affects SIM cards with the ICCID prefix 8935*.

We are currently investigating a reported issue on our Global-2 profiles (ICCID prefix 89357*). Some devices might have trouble establishing or maintaining sessions. We are actively working with our upstream partners on a resolution and we'll provide updates as more information becomes available.

Last updateWe are currently experiencing a backlog causing delays in SIM state changes for Global-1 profiles. Customers may experience longer than expected processing times when activating, deactivating, or pausing SIMs. We are unable to provide an estimated resolution time at this point, but we are actively working to clear the backlog. Cellular network connectivity and other API services are unaffected.
