Webhooks: some event subscriptions were removed (resolved)
Last updateresolvedOct 14 · 12:05 UTC
What happened: Between 13 October and 14 October 2026, a bug introduced in a 13 October update could remove the event subscriptions from a webhook while deliveries were being sent. When that happened, the webhook stopped receiving events, though it still looked active in Settings → Webhooks. Impact: A small number of webhooks were affected. Events (for example new conversations or messages) that happened while a webhook had no subscriptions were not delivered to its endpoint, and they can't be sent again automatically. This may affect integrations such as n8n, Make or AI assistants that are triggered by webhooks. Resolution: We released a fix on 14 October 2026, and webhooks no longer lose their subscriptions. We have restored the subscriptions on all affected webhooks, and we have contacted the affected customers directly. What you can do: Open Settings → Webhooks and check that each webhook has the events you expect. If an integration depends on webhooks, check whether it missed any conversations or messages between 13 and 14 October. Contact support if you need help.
