As part of our ongoing infrastructure upgrades, we will be migrating our Microsoft Exchange services to new load balancers. Maintenance is expected to last approximately one hour. During the transition, users may experience brief packet loss or temporary connectivity interruptions. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We've temporarily disabled SSH access to our eXtend shared hosting and cPanel platforms to protect against a critical Linux kernel vulnerability. What's affected: SSH access to eXtend shared hosting and cPanel platforms What's still working: Web hosting and email services via HTTPS Control panel access via HTTPS All other services unaffected Next steps: We're monitoring vendor kernel updates. Maintenance ended

Tuesday, 21st July | 12:00 AM – 08:30 AM (UK time) Impact: We will be performing a scheduled system upgrade on the SSD394 KVM hypervisor host. To facilitate this upgrade, VPS instances may be migrated between hosts. During the migration process, each VPS may experience a brief service interruption. Benefits: This maintenance will enhance platform security, improve host stability, and provide a more reliable virtualization environment.

Update 08/07 - These actions have now been completed

Emergency maintenance is to be completed across our KVM hosts to mitigate against CVE-2026-53359. VPS's may be restarted during this period. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause during the maintenance period.
