Slow response times and report sidebar outage

    At 15:40 UTC on Friday October 16th a deployment introduced changes that greatly degraded response times for the HackerOne application and caused the report sidebar to not render. The change was reverted at 18:00 UTC and response times recovered over the following two hours for all users.
