The issue affecting Excel and CSV files has now been resolved. Excel and CSV files attached to email templates on the Notify website between Friday 25 September at 10:09am and Wednesday 21 October at 10:26am will need to be removed and re-added. We will directly contact services who have been affected to advise them of the actions they need to take. Sorry for the inconvenience to you and your users.
