As of 10:49a ET, the issue has been resolved, and all partner schools can now send emails via Microsoft Outlook once again. Multiple schools have since confirmed service has been restored.

Schools using GC GO in combination with Microsoft Outlook are currently unable to send 1:1 constituent emails. We have identified the source of the issue and are working on a fix.

This incident has been resolved. API access has returned to normal, and we're no longer seeing errors.

We are experiencing isolated reports of errors while using our API. We will follow up with more information if we determine a pattern impacting a broader set of partners.

We have confirmed a limited issue that affected GC Outreach between 9:32AM - 10:04AM ET, causing intermittent errors when loading some Outreach pages. Our team identified and resolved the issue.
