    In light of recent news coverage regarding the PHP2Shell security issue, we are sharing a quick update to keep you informed and confident in our platform's security. Our Flash Engineering and DevOps teams responded immediately upon learning of the issue. As of 11:28AM CST today, we have completely eliminated any potential exposure and confirmed that all Flash systems are fully secure. Our entire infrastructure remains safe, operational, and continuously monitored.

Transax Payment Processor Degradation

    Between 11:12 AM Central Time and 12:57 PM Central Time there was an issue with the health check for Transax. This caused Parkonect Edge devices to switch to Offline Mode during this period. The issue was resolved when the payment processor corrected the error and devices transitioned back to Online operation.
