Billy and the MCP server are down due to a misconfiguration the resulted from Cloudfront's outage earlier today. We've identified the issue and are now recitfying it.

our Upstream provider has found the issue and is now working to mitigate and fix it. We will update as we get updates from our provider.
Our third party authentication is down. it is impossible to log into the site and the application is not usable. We are already working with our provider to resolve this issue and will update as we progress.
