Email Delivery Disruption to Microsoft 365 Recipients

Between August 14 and August 17, 2026, an upstream issue with Microsoft 365 caused a subset of outbound emails sent to Microsoft 365 addresses to be rejected and dropped. Microsoft has resolved the root cause, and standard email delivery has been fully restored. Because affected messages were dropped by recipient servers, sent messages from this window will not be automatically retried and must be resent.
