The issue affecting scoring in the Enterprise Portal has been resolved, and scoring services have returned to normal. Our Engineering team has confirmed that exams are processing successfully. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore service. During the incident, some users were unable to score exams or experienced delays while scores were being processed.

Exam posting functionality through the Legacy Portal has been restored, and administrators are able to post exams successfully. If a posted exam is missing, please recreate the exam and post it again. Students who have already downloaded their exams can continue to launch and complete their exams without issue. Completed exams remain safely stored on the student's device and can be uploaded normally. At this time, all services are operating normally. We will continue to review this incident internally, but no further customer impact has been observed.
