All transactional emails have been processed and the issue is fully resolved.

The email sending in the EU region, including UK / IE stores, is working now. Transactional emails are being processed in batches.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

We are currently experiencing an issue where outbound emails from stores in the UK/EU region are being blocked by our email provider (AWS). This affects all email sending from UK/EU stores, including transactional and notification emails. Our team is actively investigating and working with AWS to restore service. No action is required from customers at this time.
