Our upstream service provider has deployed a fix, and we are seeing error rates decrease. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely to ensure the service returns to normal and remains stable. We will provide another update as soon as we have additional information or once the issue has been fully resolved.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
We are investigating an issue resulting in intermittent login failures and access issues for Effectiv webapp users. The issue has been identified to a degradation in our authentication providers service, and we are actively working with the provider to restore normal operation. Evaluation APIs are not affected.
