We have observed a significant reduction in backup error rates following the resolution of Microsoft's service incident SP1503038. Backup operations have now returned to normal, and the issue affecting SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams backup is considered resolved. We will continue to monitor backup operations to ensure service stability.
