Some builds are experiencing Internal Server Errors that appear to be related to NPM (https://status.npmjs.org/incidents/b6958bgj1sm3), even though that incident is marked as resolved. We are investigating on our end and will update when we know more.

Starting around 2026-08-18 17:24:09 UTC, a small set of environments unexpectedly started returning 404s. The issue has been identified and resolved. A full explanation and mitigation plan will follow.
