    We are currently investigating an intermittent issue impacting certain Microsoft 365 backup jobs (OneDrive and mailbox workloads). Some objects may temporarily be reported as Unprotected, and new backup jobs may be temporarily unable to run. Please be assured this is not attributable to any action on your part; our team has identified the root cause and is implementing a fix. We will provide further updates as they become available.
