What's happening: We're currently experiencing an issue in the tenant onboarding flow that is preventing some new tenants from being onboarded successfully. Impact: Onboarding for affected tenants is temporarily disrupted. As of now, the failure has only been observed in ap-northeast-1 and eu-central-1 regions. Status: The team has identified the root cause and a fix is in progress. We'll confirm once it's resolved and validated. Note: No impact to existing customers, new onboarding is stalled for now.
