Circle's paymaster functionality for Modular Wallets has been fully restored. Gas fee sponsorship is operating normally across all affected chains. Customers who configured a third-party paymaster during the pause may revert to Circle's paymaster at their convenience. No further action is required. We apologize for the disruption.

USDC mints and burns on X Layer are experiencing technical difficulties and temporary delays. Standard transfers via Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP) on X Layer are experiencing degraded performance and delays. We are currently investigating the cause and working to resolve the issue.
