We experienced a period of degraded performance affecting the respondent experience. Respondents may encounter errors or longer load times when attempting surveys, and Marketplace/Cint Exchange users may encounter errors when testing the respondent flow. This issue occurred between 2026/08/18 09:01 UTC and 09:12 UTC and is now resolved.
