This incident has been resolved.

We have a problem with some of our systems at the moment. It means that some online card payments that need security checks aren't working right now. You can still use your card in shops, and with Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also withdraw cash and transfer money. Your Direct Debits and standing orders aren't affected. If you've got an important payment impacted by this, we'll make things right for you once we've sorted the issue. We're sorry for any problems this causes you. We know you count on your bank for the important things in life. We're working as fast as we can to fix the problem and will update you as soon as we know more.

Your card will work as normal.If you have any scheduled payments set up during this time, they will be made before or after the work is finished. You don't have to do anything – we'll take care of it.
