Last updateBetween 22:03 and 22:53 UTC, the Celesta Game Aggregator experienced a service disruption that impacted gameplay. Service briefly recovered around 22:26 before a second period of disruption, and was fully restored by 22:53 UTC. A separate, brief disruption also occurred between 02:41 and 02:42 UTC.

We're currently applying a fix for the issue affecting the Bulk Action process that sends certain promotional bonus offers. We expect Bulk Action to be running normally within approximately 30 minutes. We'll confirm once the fix is fully applied and Bulk Action is verified as running cleanly.
Our investigation is ongoing, but we have determined that the Bulk Action process responsible for sending certain promotional bonus offers has been intermittently failing to complete. We'll post another update once an ETA is available.

We have identified the cause of an issue preventing players from logging in when multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled. Our team is actively working on a fix. Players with MFA enabled are currently unable to log in. Players without MFA are unaffected. ETA: 10 minutes
