The login issue affecting access to Breathe has been resolved. Login access has been restored, and we’re continuing to monitor the service to ensure it remains stable.

We’re currently investigating an issue affecting access to Breathe. Some customers may see a “Network Error” when attempting to log in. Our team is working to restore normal service as quickly as possible. We’ll provide another update as soon as we have more information.

Resolved — This incident has been resolved. The fix applied to our login services has been verified, and all users can now log into Breathe normally. Thank you for your patience while we addressed this issue.

Monitoring — A fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring the system to ensure service remains stable. Users should now be able to log in to Breathe as normal. We will provide a final update once we confirm full recovery.

Investigating issue with account logins We are currently experiencing an issue that is preventing users from logging into Breathe. Our engineering team is actively working on a resolution. Existing active sessions may remain unaffected, but new sign-ins will fail at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post an update here as soon as we have more news.
