Report: "Reporting data is not updating in the BrainStorm Admin portal."
Last updateOn Saturday, July 25th there was an outage on one of our 3rd party services which broke the process that refreshes reporting data. Once their outage was restored, we were able to update our data to reflect the correct status.
This incident has been resolved.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We are currently investigating this issue.

Last update### Incident Summary **Issue:** This morning, some reporting functionality was unavailable due to an incomplete deployment of a recent application update. **Resolution:** Once the issue was identified, the deployment was successfully completed, restoring reporting functionality. **Preventive Measures:** We have reviewed our deployment process and are implementing improvements to reduce the likelihood of this type of deployment issue occurring in the future. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we worked to quickly restore service.
