We are currently investigating an issue affecting some Bitpanda Fusion users where portfolio balances are not displaying correctly. FIAT values shown in the Fusion portfolio may appear incorrect or outdated. Your funds are safe. This is a display/synchronisation issue only. Trading and portfolio management via the Bitpanda Broker work as expected — your correct balances and full trading functionality are available there. Our engineering team is actively working on a resolution. We will provide further updates as soon as more information is available. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

We are aware of issues affecting Fusion order creation in the iOS app under specific conditions. We encourage affected users to use the Webapp as a workaround, our technical teams are working on the fix already.

Trading via Fusion has been temporarily disabled due to technical issues. We are working on restoring Fusion as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience this might cause.
