This incident has been resolved.

We have identified the cause of delays affecting ZEC (Zcash) transactions for Go Accounts. Client using Go Accounts may experience longer-than-normal processing times for ZEC transactions while we work to implement a fix. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore normal transaction processing. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Persona identity verification (liveness check) flow. Some users may experience the liveness verification opening in a small, scrollable window. After scanning the QR code and completing the verification on their mobile device, the process may take significantly longer than expected to complete or appear to hang. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working toward a resolution. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Identified — 11:54 AM UTC We have identified the cause of the delay and are actively mitigating. Transactions continue to be processed, though confirmations may lag for some networks. Resolved — 1:06 PM UTC This incident has been resolved. Confirmation processing has returned to normal levels. Any transactions delayed during this window have since confirmed.
