Steps implemented: • Shipped a workaround that retries reviews not found instead of immediately marking a review as deleted. • Restored the reviews that were incorrectly marked as deleted and re-sent all replies that had failed / been incorrectly detected. • Hardened our reply mechanism and strategy so we're less dependent on this kind of Apple-side instability going forward. Since June 30, Apple's App Store review service has been intermittently reporting some existing reviews as "not found". As a result, some App Store reviews may temporarily appear as deleted in AppFollow, and replies to them may be delayed. The issue is on Apple's side, it is reproducible directly in Apple's own developer console (App Store Connect) and is not specific to AppFollow. We are rolling out a workaround, will restore all affected reviews, and will deliver the pending replies. No action is needed on your side.
