Report: "Google Play Download Delays"

Last update
resolved

Everything with Google continues to look normal, and download data is now available through July 17, in line with Google's usual reporting schedule. After about a month of delayed and missing reports, Google is now back to releasing download reports consistently. We're happy to have everything back up to speed, so we'll be closing out this incident.

monitoring

Google has now released the missing June 26 download report, and we've re-imported it for everyone. Download data is also now available through July 12, bringing reporting closer to Google's normal schedule. If you notice any missing download data between June 15 and July 12, please reach out to our support team and we'll take a closer look.

monitoring

Google has now generated the missing June 26 download report, and we're kicking off a re-import so everyone receives the updated data. Download reports are also now available through July 11, putting reporting back on Google's usual schedule.

monitoring

Google is mostly back on track with its usual reporting schedule of 2–5 days behind. The only remaining missing download report is June 26. We're waiting for Google to generate that day's report, and as soon as it's available, we'll automatically re-import it for everyone.

monitoring

Google has confirmed the ongoing reporting issues and is actively working on a resolution. At the moment, download data for June 26 and July 3 is still missing. The latest available download data is July 4, so once Google generates the missing reports, we'll automatically import them and update your data.

monitoring

Google has now released download data for June 24, so things are moving in the right direction. The remaining missing reports are June 26 and July 1. As soon as Google generates those dates, we'll automatically import them and update your data. The latest available download data from Google is currently July 2, and no additional reporting days have been released since then. We'll continue monitoring for new reports.

monitoring

Google has now released download reports through July 2. However, July 1 has not been generated yet. At this point, June 24, June 26, and July 1 are still missing download data from Google. We'll continue monitoring the delay, and as soon as Google releases those reports, we will automatically import them.

monitoring

Google has released download reports through June 28. However, June 26 is also missing, joining the previously missing June 24 report. We'll continue monitoring the delay, and as soon as Google generates the missing reports, Appfigures will automatically import them as usual.

monitoring

Google has now released download reports through June 25. However, June 24 is still missing, even though June 25 data is already available. We'll continue monitoring the delay, and as soon as Google generates the missing June 24 report, we will automatically import it as usual.

monitoring

Google still hasn't released download reports beyond June 17, so there's no change to report just yet. We're hoping Google resolves the delay soon, and as soon as new reports become available, we'll automatically import them.

Download data from Google Play is currently stuck at July 17, though revenue data is still arriving normally and is available through yesterday. We're checking with Google to see what's causing the delay, but for now we're all waiting on Google to release more recent download data.
