Brief interruptions to Apiera PIM

    Resolved. On Tuesday 13 October, Apiera PIM had three short interruptions while we made an urgent change to our infrastructure:

    • approx. 12:10–12:15 CEST
    • approx. 12:42–12:45 CEST
    • approx. 12:46–12:48 CEST

    During these periods the API and the Apiera PIM interface were unavailable, and integrations may have returned errors. No data was lost, and everything has been working normally since 12:48 CEST.
