The backlog has been cleared but we're continuing to monitor the situation for anomalies/delays.
We're still working through the backlog of clips from the partial outage related to the recent CS2 release. Clips are delayed but are processing.

Last updateWe've restored clipping from earlier versions of CS2 and reprocessed any failed requests.
The issue is primarily impacting demos from previous versions of CS2; we are making cilps from the newest version. We're working on a solution to restore clipping for prior versions
