Report: "Trial Accounts cannot launch Landing Pages"

We've identified a production-wide issue where users with correct entitlements cannot access landing pages after trial account creation. The suspected cause is a race condition in the account initialization process. A fix has been implemented in `ember` and we're coordinating an immediate hotfix release.
