Between approximately 9:15 PM and 10:55 PM CT on October 21, some customers experienced slow response times and timeout errors within Ignite M&O and connected services, including member management, club management, billing screens, and access control. Our investigation identified intermittent connection failures between application services and supporting infrastructure. ABC Support teams restarted the affected services, restoring normal operations at 10:55 PM CT. ABC continues to work with our partners to determine the underlying root cause and identify any necessary preventive measures. We apologize for the disruption and any inconvenience this may have caused.
