Report: "Email Delivery Delays to Microsoft Inboxes (Outlook, Hotmail & Live)"

Last update
degraded

We're currently seeing delays in emails reaching Microsoft-hosted inboxes - Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live and MSN. This started earlier today and we're actively tracking it. What this means: booking confirmations, receipts and other automated emails to customers on those Microsoft addresses may arrive late, or in some cases bounce. Emails to Gmail, Apple, Yahoo and every other provider are unaffected. Important: this is a temporary issue on Microsoft's side that's affecting many senders — not a problem with your account or ours, and our email setup is healthy. "Delayed" doesn't mean "lost": most of these messages are being retried automatically and should still arrive once Microsoft lifts the restriction. Your bookings, payments and customer data are completely unaffected. Every booking is still confirmed in your dashboard, even if the confirmation email is running late. There's nothing you need to do. If a customer flags a missing confirmation in the meantime, reassure them their booking is secure. We'll send an update the moment it's resolved.

resolved

We are upgrading our database memory capacity as we see higher load during the peak summer season. As a result, systems may be down for a maximum of 5 minutes.

Report: "Intermittent Dashboard Errors"

Last update
resolved

Investigating — intermittent errors We’re seeing brief, intermittent 504 errors affecting a small number of requests. The platform remains operational and the majority of bookings, payments and dashboard activity are unaffected — if you do hit an error, a refresh should resolve it. We’re monitoring closely and investigating the cause. We’ll post a further update later today.
