Dear customers, The API and dashboard were experiencing downtime from 2026-07-08 01:00 UTC until 2026-07-08 01:28 UTC, which affected the dashboard access as well. The issue cascaded from some operational gaps that happened on the day before where some failures silently queued up and surfaced on the next day. We had then fixed the gap, reviewed our procedures and monitoring system and make sure we are not seeing this issue again the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
