piqy Incident History

PIQY Cloud connectivity has returned to normal. Our upstream provider has resolved the underlying issue, and we have confirmed that PIQY KDS connections are operating normally. We will continue monitoring the service.

Connectivity is beginning to recover, but some PIQY KDS customers may continue to experience intermittent issues. We are monitoring service stability before declaring the incident resolved.

Some PIQY KDS customers may experience intermittent connectivity to PIQY Cloud. The issue is caused by an outage affecting one of our upstream infrastructure providers, primarily in Europe and APAC. The provider has identified the cause and is implementing a fix. We are monitoring the recovery and assessing the impact on PIQY services. We will provide another update when the provider reports meaningful progress or service begins to recover.
