We’re now confident the problem we’ve identified was fixed, and so we’re closing this incident. If you’re still seeing any problems, please drop our customer team a message.

We have implemented a temporary fix. But will work on a more permanent one during the day. The temporary fix might also cause other issues, but we will do our best to avoid that.

We have discovered a problem in the Famly platform that could mean it’s not working at 100% for all users. We’re investigating the issue and will update you again shortly. The issue is that some things will look like it haven't been saved, even though it has been saved. You will also see more errors than usual.
