The Elevate Network Operations Center (NOC) has identified a head end equipment issue affecting subscribers in the Cedaredge area. Our engineering team is actively investigating and working to resolve the problem. This event is impacting approximately 160 subscribers. Updates will be shared here as they become available. The Elevate Network Operations Center (NOC) has been made aware of heavy distortion and pixelation affecting the following channels in Montrose and Delta County: ESPNHD ESPN2 ESPNU We are coordinating with our TV services provider for more information and have requested these channels be temporarily blocked until service is fully restored.
