Some users may be experiencing an issue with BIM uploads failing during processing. When uploading a BIM file locally, the upload completes but fails at the Autodesk processing stage. Importing BIM files directly from Autodesk still works as expected. Engineering is investigating.

Between 07:00AM and 12:15PM Pacific time (14:00 and 19:15 UTC), some users may have seen errors when attempting to import or export data between DroneDeploy and Procore. The issue has been resolved, but affected users will see missing data backfill between now and Monday. We appreciate your patience.

This was due to a service issue with a third party software provider. The issue has been resolved and our team will continue to monitor to ensure ongoing stability.
