At this time, Myndshft users may be unable to log in or access services due to failures in Google authentication (IDP, Google Cloud, Firebase). Other DrFirst systems do not appear to be affected. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Last updateThe intermittent connectivity issue reported by our third-party prescribing network, which may have affected the routing of prescriptions, has been resolved. The following services supported by this third-party network may have been impacted: - Eligibility and Formulary - E-Prescribing - Medication History for Ambulatory, Population Health and Acute This is due to a CrowdStrike update that is impacting many systems worldwide. There is no security impact to the DrFirst or the third-party vendor network as a result of this incident. Legend prescriptions have been sent via fax in states where it is applicable. Controlled substance prescriptions would be marked as undeliverable and the provider will need to manually resend. If time is important, the prescriber should be directed to use other means, e.g., call the pharmacy. We are continuing our production monitoring to ensure that this does not resurface. JEM middleware has an automatic update feature that will self-resolve missing medications from the drug database.
