We received confirmation from Constant Contact that they successfully resolved the "username can not be found" error. We have been monitoring logins and Constant Contact syncs and have not seen any additional errors. If you happened to change your password to Constant Contact on or after 8/19/2024 and are still experiencing a connection issue between DonorPerfect and Constant Contact please try reentering your password by going to Mailings > Constant Contact Email > enter your password > Click Update Password. After updating the password you will need to wait 24 hours for the integration to reconnect. Thank you for being a DonorPerfect Client and for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

As part of our DonorPerfect 3.9 release last night (8/22) we were able to successfully implement a solution to fix the invalid credentials error message. We have been monitoring this fix and we can confirm that our Constant Contact Version 1 sync is running again for most clients. On November 16, 2023 at approximately 12:55 PM EST, we started receiving reports of errors from clients who were attempting to log in to DonorPerfect but were unable to. This issue was quickly escalated to our development team to investigate. Through our investigation, it was determined that the issue was caused by a memory spike on one of our servers. Although this spike was brief it led to slowness and errors throughout DonorPerfect. Additionally, it was not detected by our monitoring tools, which made the root cause take longer to uncover. We implemented a temporary fix that allowed us to take the affected servers offline and return services back to normal. We are working on a permanent fix and are investigating why our server monitors didn't alarm. Thank you for your understanding and patience while we worked to fix this issue and improve your experience with DonorPerfect.
