We have identified an issue which resulted in MCP tool calls to fail for Claude.ai users on the desktop application from 17:06–18:25 UTC. This issue has now been resolved.

From 19:08-22:25 UTC, some users experienced elevated errors on requests to October Claude 3.5 Sonnet. This issue is now resolved.

From 22:32–23:39 UTC, requests to multiple Anthropic models experienced significantly elevated error rates. We have applied a fix, and success rates have returned to normal. We are closely monitoring.

We are still investigating issues related to the Claude.ai Github connection. Functionality that relies on Github, such as adding files from Github or connecting your account to a Github account may return errors. Normal functionality and other connections are continuing to work as expected.

We are continuing to investigate this issue. Users may experience errors when attempting to connect their Claude.ai account to Github, but existing chats and other functionality outside of Github connections are working as expected.
