Preliminary diagnostics indicate that abnormal API responses from our database reporting components and issues within our task processing system are contributing to these degradations. We are actively consolidating diagnostic logs across these layers to better correlate events and understand the root cause of the performance issues. We will be back with an update within 30 minutes.

Email Sending is currently delayed for some customers
Last updateEmail Sending is no longer experiencing delays. We've identified and addressed the cause of the delays that began at 11:00 AM EDT (UTC -04:00). As of 1:55 PM EDT all previously delayed emails have been sent.
We have addressed the issue that was causing email sends to be delayed. All new email sends are fully recovered. We continue to process through the backlog of delayed emails, which still has a delay of around an hour, but is actively recovering. We will be back with an update within an hour.
We are continuing to investigate the root cause into why emails within our North America infrastructure are currently delayed. We continue to operate with a delay of around an hour for outbound emails. We will be back with an update within an hour.

We are investigating an issue where some users are unable to create or update CRM objects due to persistent errors. This appears to be related to degraded performance in a core internal service. Early signs indicate that the issue may be isolated to our na1 datacenter. Our teams are working to identify the root cause and implement mitigations. At this time, there are no known workarounds.
