Our CPaaS vendor (Agora) has found and resolved the problem. There are no more errors, and the platform is fully operational now.

We have identified the issue. All affected users are from one of the indian ISP, Reliance Jio. We can see a drop in error rate and users are able access the platform now.

Even though we see normalcy in email delivery now, we will keep monitoring for sometime.
We had raised a support request with vendor Sendgrid and they have processed all the pending emails. We have also verified that all the emails have been sent now.
Team has identified the issue. The email delivery delayed due to a sudden surge to number of requests and got queued.
We are currently investigating this issue.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring.
We identified the issue. A partial deployment failure caused inconsistencies in the availability of the latest code version. This caused intermittent failures for fetching any js/css or asset files from servers for any person who had performed a hard refresh during that window.

There is a major connectivity issue upstream of us. The provider(Cloudflare) has identified the issue and are working to resolve it. We will continue to update here as we have more information and meantime we are working on a fix to unblock operations.

The issue has been identified. Team is working on fixing the issue as soon as possible. There was sudden load on one of our internal service followed by rate limit on public domains.
