We are in the process of deploying a permanent fix that can give us better and optimized results. We will update you on the status of the deployment tomorrow. SPM does not support JavaScript execution as now required by SERP. Customers are recommended to migrate to Zyte API

The performance for SERP continues to be monitored. This issue was triggered by Google who introduced a major change, requiring javascript to view search results. We mitigated the issue by enabling javascript rendering in the backend of our Zyte API product. More details will be provided by email to all affected customers. Our tech team has ruled out any application-level causes for the recent service degradation. Based on our ongoing investigation, the issue appears to be linked to changes made by our PaaS provider to the Kubernetes control plane, which affected pod discovery and led to increased latency and timeouts. While we continue to validate this theory and work closely with the PaaS provider, we have also taken immediate steps to mitigate the performance issues. We have transitioned to a new cluster that is not impacted by the affected components. We expect services to return to normal over the course of today.
