We are actively backfilling individual stock and ETF data and refreshing our Model Portfolio universe.  During our investigation, we recovered all information except news articles and tick data for those affected securities on Thursday and Friday. The estimated time to resolution remains end of day today.

The issue has been resolved. On some Windows machines, local DNS caching is causing an issue with Excel connectivity. To fix this please uninstall and re-install the excel add-in. You will not lose any work or progress while doing so. At 2:09 PM EDT until 2:17 PM EDT the YCharts application experiences a DoS attack that caused minor disruption to our users for approximately 8 minutes. It is important to note that a DoS attack does not compromise user's data or privacy in any way, it simply causes the site to be slow and at points unreachable. The attack was mitigated in minutes and work is underway to make future attacks unsuccessful and not cause a disruption to our users.
