Report: "Intermittent network issues"

We believe we've identified this issue to being an invalid but cached DNS record with an upstream provider. We believe this has now been cleared out, but may take up to 30 minutes to resolve and are monitoring the situation.
We've had a few reports from customers that they're unable to access Yarno. We're currently investigating this, but it appears to be intermittent and on the network level.
Report: "Unexpected downtime"
Last updateThis incident has been resolved.
We have now identified the issue as being tied to a database migration task that took significantly longer than expected when it ran in production. This migration task has since completed successfully and the platform appears to be back to normal. We'll continue to monitor but believe this issue is now resolved.
We're currently investigating an issue impacting access to the Yarno platform.
Report: "Yarno upstream authentication provider down"
Last updateAuth0 looks to be back online and as a result we're able to process new sessions. This issue appears to have been upstream from Auth0 within the Cloudflare network.
Our upstream authentication provider, Auth0 is currently experiencing an outage. We're looking to get further information and a resolution ETA at the moment. For now, new sessions (logins) to Yarno are unable to be processed. Existing sessions should still be able to access Yarno as normal.
Report: "Higher than average load times"
Last updateLoad times on the dashboards (and platform as a whole) are now back to normal.
We're currently investigating higher-than-average load times when viewing campaign dashboards within Yarno (particularly on the administrative dashboards). Learners are still able to answer their questions without issue.
Report: "Email delays"
Last updateThe issue in our mail queue has now been resolved. We're currently processing the backlog of emails and they should be delivered over the next hour.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.
We are currently troubleshooting an issue with delayed email sending. All emails are currently queued and will be sent later today once the issue is resolved. Learners can still log into Yarno as normal.
